Joanne Neves Cotton of Havertown Joanne Neves Cotton of Havertown passed away on Saturday, June 22, 2013. Joanne is survived by her brother, Johnny Neves; her loving son and daughter, Dustin and Jaimie; along with her grandchildren, Taylor and Zackary. Joanne had an admirable relationship with her ex-husband Dave Cotton and his wife Barbara Cotton. Joanne lived each day to the fullest and will truly be missed. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the American Cancer Society . A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, June 29, at DeBaptiste Funeral Homes, Inc., 25 S. Worthington Street, West Chester. Friends may greet the family from 12:30 to 1 p.m. prior to the service. As for many of us, this is an especially sad day. Joanne reconnected with me about 5 years ago via the internet. Joanne was a compassionate, caring, insightful individual. I was able to confide in her many personal items that I only shared with Geralynn (my wife). She would visit me on the occasions I would visit my parents at home....we talked about old times, new times...the good and the bad. Nothing was off-limits.
