Joe Pecharo, side by side and holding hands, Joe’s precious heart failed. Dearest husband, soulmate and friend of Enid Rees. First born of John Jr. and Rose Quish, named for his father JJ Pecharo III, September 21, 1951. Joe loved sports, music, old movies and the Phillies, Eagles and Penn State. Varsity lettering in high school, he was scouted by college and professional teams. Later umpiring and referring high school and American Legion sports. He also served in the National Guard for six years. Joe enjoyed New Year’s Eve, summer getaways in Cape May and touring Italy. A retired letter carrier for USPS for 42 years and a NALC union member for 49 years, he was “Bo” to fellow postal workers. Joe also part timed for NAPA after retirement. He leaves loyal and wonderful friends and neighbors. In keeping with his wishes, services were private.
