Margaret Peters (“Peggy”)
1951 - 2018
Margaret A. Peters, age 66 of Albrightsville, PA passed away surrounded by her loving family on Sunday April 8, 2018 at her home. Margaret was the loving wife of Joseph R. Peters. They celebrated their 46th Wedding Anniversary in September 2017. She was born in Norristown, PA on September 12, 1951, daughter of the late John F. and Virginia M. (Loughin) Jones. Margaret had worked for Fargo Assembly of Pennsylvania for 30 years until retiring. We have been blessed with the presence of Margaret in our lives. She will be deeply missed by her loving husband Joseph; her son: Eric Peters and his wife Anna Blackshire of Albrightsville, PA. She was the loving grandmother to her grandson: Higan Peters of Albrightsville, PA. Margaret is also survived by four sisters: Sarah Zappola and husband John of Albrightsville, PA; Sandra Fields of Easton, PA; Faye Keyser and her husband Will of Collegeville, PA and Kaye Bates and her husband Greg of Norristown, PA. She was preceded in death by two brothers: Michael Jones and John Jones III and a sister: June Hill. A Memorial service will be held 11 am, Saturday May 26, 2018 at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church in Oaks, PA with Rev. Daniel Olson officiating. Margaret will be buried in the St. Pauls Episcopal Church Cemetary in Oaks, PA following the service.
