Louis was born April 19, 1961 in Oakland, California and died May 12, 2002 in Geneva on the Lake, Ohio. He was employed by First Energy Corp., in Ashtabula, Ohio, as administrator of Health and Safety. He was a veteran of the US Navy, having served for 8 years. He served as Petty Officer First Class on the USS Nimitz. He was survived by 4 children, Louis IV, Jeremy, Eric, and Emily, all of North Huntingdon. He was interred at Penn Lincoln Memorial Park.
