Thomas L. Herholtz June 22, 2010 Thomas L. Herholtz, 59, of East Syracuse, died Tuesday at St. Joseph's Hospital following a long illness. Born in Syracuse, he was a graduate of North Syracuse High School. He retired from CWR Mfg. in 2007 following 29 years of service as a supervisor. Tom was a true family man; he participated in all activities of his children and grandchildren. He was an avid Hot Wheels collector and NASCAR fan. He enjoyed camping and fishing and was a member of S.P.P.C. Surviving are his wife, the former Joanne Vanderbrook; children, Thomas P. (Jana) and James (Tina) Herholtz, Susan (Rory) St. Andrew and Michelle (Jim) Jellison and Lori (Kenny) Griffin; his parents, Robert and Annamae Herholtz; siblings, William Herholtz, Carol (James) Murphy and Marlene Ullman; grandchildren, Gracie, Laura, Kati, Bradley, Lacy, Nick and Lily; and several nieces and nephews. Services will be 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Mary's Church, 401 N. Main St., Minoa. Burial will be private. Calling hours will be 4 to 7 p.m. Friday at New Comer Funeral Home, 705 N.
