Richard Edward Kutz, 22, of Lugoff, S.C., died Wednesday in his home after a lengthy illness.

Born in Allentown, he was a son of Robert E. Kutz of Lugoff and the late Barbara Jean (Boltz) Kutz.

He was an active member of Lasting Impression Support Group of Richland Memorial Hospital, Columbia, S.C.

Survivors: Father; sister, Mrs. Cheryl Ann Wagner of Lehighton, and maternal grandparents, Robert and Elsie Boltz of Fort Myers, Fla.

Services: 11 a.m. tomorrow, Grace Episcopal Church, Camden, S.C. Call 7-9 p.m. today, Kornegay Funeral Home, Camden Chapel.
