I worked for the government after getting an MBA in Personnel Management. I investigated charges of employment discrimination. After working in HR before and after that experience, I started my own EEO Consulting business. I mostly provided training programs for managers about creating hostile-free workplaces. I am now retired, and on the Board of Directors for Curt's Café in Evanston, a non-profit job and life skills training organization that helps young adults from difficult backgrounds find success!

My new house is almost finished. It's the first single family LEED certified home in Evanston. We made it to the Platinum level!
