Graduated Pomona College, Claremont Colleges 1984. Lived/worked primary in healthcare and emergency medicine in California, Boston, Washington DC and Chicago. Living in Southern California last 20 years with son, hubby, golden retriever #4. Loving life and the outdoors including swimming with whale sharks, skiing black diamonds, mountain biking and hiking beautiful trails in life. Best part of life is cherishing family and giving back to others through volunteer and board work, including our poor and underserved, active US military and veterans, and Make-A-Wish and other children in need.

Best senior prank ever with Kathy Surpless. Kathy and I kidnapped the principals son and took him and fellow senior classmate (and tech nerd) Ben to ‘breakfast’ where we proceeded to ‘hijack’ NTW’s PA system, declaring the day off from school courtesy of Class of 1980, and played a 1980 top hots medley including Pink Floyd’s ‘We don’t need no education’. Our saving grace was having the principals son in tow so his dad granted us grace and we were ‘allowed’ to graduate. Having Kathy as 1980 senior class VP helped too!
