I attended and graduated from Denison University in 1984 and returned to the Chicago area afterwards and have never left. While living and working in Chicago in the advertising world, I met my husband, Mark. I left advertising and went to work at two different executive recruiting firms as a research associate. In 1992, I made the decision to be a stay-at-home mother in November when Jill was born. I have enjoyed being around for our children and managing home life. Over the years, in addition to parenting, I spend my time volunteering and staying physically active.
