I have many great memories of high school.Hangin out with Nancy and many other great friends.Cheerleading years, fun with "Mr VanMil"(He was so cute when he got angry LOL) First girls in woodshop! Detentions ,bowling alley noon lunch hours and those fun school dances!

My eldest daughter Shannon married Art Vandebyl Jr and they gave me two wonderful grandsons,Conner Age 4 and Christien Age 2.
Dawn and the love of her life, Matt Grout ,provided me with a beautiful little granddaughter Olivia, Age 2. They keep me very well grounded and are loads of fun! Rebecca just recently graduated with honors and is now in the process of looking for work as a pro hairdresser. I am so proud of them all!

Oh yeah! Most of my Schaafsma roots are still in Burgessville and sorrounding area!

Visit with my daughter often and spend time with my awesome grandsons as well. Conner 5 is involved with Norwich Soccer League so will be visiting regularly.

Ran my own business in the tobacco industry for 28 years in the norwich area. Right now I am am at a huge crossroad in my life and not sure where the road leads. Enjoying my grandchildren and family to the fullest ! Just being a mom and gramma .....thats what I do best! Rollerskating at the arena was a blast! And the Norwich Merchants rocked on Friday nights!

I got married right out of high school. Raised a family on the farm and the rest is history in the making.

Travel to a warm location for a much needed vacation.

Spend time with my girls and my wonderful grandchildren.
