Mike Budd has been found!  Here is the information we received from Mike's sister Kathy (Class of '84):

"Mike lives in Talkeetna, Alaska where he built a cabin about 5 years ago. He works for the Alaska railroad, literally on the rails. As they travel all over Alaska, he is semi-based in Anchorage, but will likely be tranfered to Fairbanks.

He loves Talkeetna, a small community about 30 miles from Denali, and will likely keep the cabin there and if possible, build another in Fairbanks. Looking at the website for Talkeetna is helpful.  As of yet he does not have an email address. Mike's # is 907-232-2399. His P.O. Box is 387 Talkeetna, AK 99676. It could take a long time for him to get his mail, as he is usually on the rails, traveling by train, especiallly in the summer. Don't be surprised if it takes a while for him to respond by cell phone, as they are sometimes in remote areas where there is no cell signal. He is not married, but very happy, living with a freedom."
