Sorry, I was unable to attend the 50th but to many obstacles appeared all at once that prevented our attending the gala. I have't seen most of anyone since the 10th re-union and that is really sad living so close to Norwood in southern Franklin county. When my parents moved to Detroit in the spring of 1963, before our graduation, myself and brother Dennis soon moved after graduation my contact with anyone that I had grown up with became a memory. Living in Michigan and attending college in Wisconsin, 4 years in the Navy, during Viet Nam, and moving back to Michigan after discharge and raising our family,the hectic pace of living just sort of took over. Missed you guys and getting to Norwood became harder to do. Moved back to Ohio in 1985 and have been busy since. Grandchildren do that to you! Retired now and working only part-time, my wife and I garden and walk around the Metro Parks and occasional trip NORTH to see my brothers and sister is about all we have time for.
