I attended Dominican University (aka Rosary College) for my BA and MBA while working in strategic sales and consulting. Then I started a business in training and executive coaching. From a desire to invest in people and ministry, I attended seminary and went to work at Willow Creek Community Church. After I graduated, I was recruited by a megachurch in the Twin Cities and also went on to complete a PhD in Organizational Leadership. So now I am an adjunct professor with several universities and a leadership consultant. I especially like to consult with church and ministry leaders.
I am married to Mark Parolini from Aurora Illinois. He is a software developer.
I love all kinds of sports and Minnesota is a great place to be out doors all year long! In summer, I love to golf, play tennis, roller blade, kayak, bike and hike. In winter, Minnesota is a great place for downhill and cross country skiing, ice skating and snow tubing all winter long.
