Linda was a classmate starting at Horace Mann Grade School.  She had a great sense of humor and fun to hang out with.  After high school I did lose contact with her and am sorry to hear of her passing.  My sympathies to all of her family.

Sheri:  I agree that Linda was a great friend and I think of her quite frequently along with the rest of the Horace Mann class of 57/60.  I stilll keep close contact with Dennis Ross and Jerry Falk though Jerrrry arrived at the scene during his Junior year of 1962.  Leslie Zeinfled, Mark Barinholtz, and many other's have fallen off my memory, but you, Andrea Freed, Kim Caesar, and many others still drop by  my memories as I enter into my Altzimer''s issues.  I hope your health is on steady progress and that your grand's and great grand's are on a steady course for the next generations.  Take care. . Like Sheri and Paul, I was part of the Horace Mann cohort and have very fond memories of Linda. She was smart, kind and modest. I didn't see her very often once we ere in high school but when I did we usually shared a smile. I feel fortunate to have come of age along with my boomer buddies at Horace Mann. Linda was an exceptionally sweet person.

I am very sad to hear of Linda's passing. I did see her on the L one day circa 1971 and it was really nice to say hello. Good to hear comments from my Horace Mann alumni!

I only knew Linda in high school (unless Hatch played Mann in ?). Because we were on opposite ends of the alphabet I must have known her from classes or afterschool events. She was always kind & willing to help if you needed it.  Sincere condolences to her family,

Dawn (Petrole) McKinney
