Pam and I grew up down the street from each other. She was a great and supportive friend to me. Our Moms were friends as well. My former husband, Dennis Davitt, and I named our oldest for her as we both were fortunate enough to know her. Pam was a truly beautiful person - inside and out. She is greatly missed.

I met Pam our freshman year & we became friends. She was always fun to be around. I miss her joyful, playful spirit & big smile!

Remembering Pam makes me smile, mmi got to know her when we were sophomore cheerleaders.  We also worked together on some Girls Club projects and she was the winner of the group's motto contest, "Challenges met with the joy of doing".

She was fun and funny with a quirky sense  of humor - a creative individualist who listened to the sound of a different drummer and saw the world a little differently from most of us.

I so enjoyed getting to know Pam when we were sophomore cheerleaders.  She was such a special person and, like Dawn and Mary Lou, I always appreciated her "joyful, playful spirit & big smile" and her great sense of humor. She warmed all of our days.  It's so hard to think of the friends who are no longer with us, but I feel blessed to have so many fond memories of her and time spent together.

Pam and I spent a lot of time together at Willard.  I remember spending weekends at her father's farm playing with the animals.  I believe it was in Meadowbrook.   One summer, her mother cut my long hair and  gave us both DA's.  I remember her as being a bit of a tomboy...always climbing trees and playing with the boys. She had a lot of brothers and sisters and her house on Monroe was always filled with kids.  Rest in Peace, Pam.

Pam and I were classmates beginning in grade school at Willard.  My family had just moved to River Forest from Chicago, and Pam was one of the first if not the first to reach out and make me feel welcome.  I knew her as caring, sincere and supportive - from the moment we met and as we grew up and apart.  We traveled in different circles in high school (my travel was more a dot than a circle), but I have always remembered her most fondly for her many acts of kindness when we were truly young.  I will be forever grateful for her friendship, and for her making me feel so welcome when I was so vulnerable.

I was saddened to hear about Pam’s passing. We were friends and classmates at Willard and I have thought of her often though the years. She was a real firecracker back in the day. May her memory be a blessing.
