Pat Hahn Lemke died in April, 2008 of cancer at the age of 61. She was a resident of Vancouver, Washington. Pat is survived by her husband, Manfred, and her children, Paul and Christine.
I met Pat Hahn the first day of freshman year at OPRF both in Biology and German. We knew we would have a great year from day one when Herr Whissen referred to Mitch Farris as the "big wheel" in third period German. We continued laughing the entire year, remaining friends through our adult lives until Pat passed away in 2008. I kept up with her through her moves from Chicago to Los Angeles to Vancouver, WA., her last residence. Her death really made me realize how we must count our blessings.
Knew Pattie from double dating with her and John Arrigo. She was a very nice young lady. Gone too young as are the rest of our deseased classmates. My condolences to the family. RIP Pattie.
