I want to remember a very special woman Sandy Brebner (Cucchiara)  She was a very strong and very courageous woman and raised 5 successful children.  We had been friends since 2nd grade and I think of her every day.  She truly was just as beautiful inside as she was outside.  Her laugh and smile will be missed this weekend.

Char-Just wanted to thank u for alerting some of us about the Battaglia boys being contestants on The Amazing Race show. What fun it was to watch those tough challenge episodes (water-skiing on a river with alligators???) & then have them win the $1M prize at the conclusion! I just know Sandy was cheering them on with all of us~   I remember Sandy as fun, sweet & kind-so lucky u were to know her from 2nd grade :)

Sandy was truly one of the nicest and sincere people I have had the honor to know.  The family had a cottage by Bass Lake Mi and we had so fun times when our lives were young.  God bless you.

I met sandy in home room and we instantly bonded for all four years. Have so many fond memories of good times with her. I can still hear her fun laugh.  Miss her.

I really missed Sandy so much this weekend. We were the very best pals growing up and lived on the same block growing up.  After my mom died when I was 10, Sandy's family "adopted" me. I spent summers in MI at the cabin ( no running water & an outhouse). Her mom, "just call me 'Dot", taught me how to make doll clothes and made me my first poodle skirt. I have so many fun pictures of the two of us growing up on WI. Avenue  where we played  kick the can and hide and seek. Miss you my pal!
