To all of my dear Class of 1976 classmates: What a fun, exciting, emotional, and surprising weekend it was! Thanks to Marcy, Tammy, Debbie, Lyle, and whoever else had a hand in the planning & execution of this great event. For everyone I had the pleasure of reconnecting with, it was so fun to see you, and you all looked fabulous! I think most of us look better now than we did in those awkward teenage years. LOL! But more than anything else, the evening reminded me of how fortunate we were to grow up in a clean, safe, close-knit community-- where we could walk or ride our bikes to each other's houses, where we all knew our neighbors' names, and for the most part felt we felt free to go where we wanted so long as we made it home when the streetlights went on! Perhaps every generation feels the same when reflecting back upon our adolescent years-- but I do believe we lived in simpler, happier times.
