James E. Bell Jr was born to the parents of Diana L Stephens- Cook & James Edward Bell Sr. His Grandparents were Mary L Devine Stephens & Douglas Stephens Sr. His great great grandparents were Myrtle Bradford Devine & Albert Devine. James was a fun loving kid, he loved his family , friends and attending our family reunion . In his spare time he enjoyed his pitbulls and pigeons. He was the brother of Gail Boyd, Marie Chandler, Delmon Chandler (deceased), Clifton Chandler (deceased), and DaShawn Bateman.

James...My sweet James, I think about you every day and I play all you guys birthday on my lotto numbers... I remember holding you in 1973 when auntie brought you home from the hospital. I also remember her putting that nasty tape over me, gaytrice, gail, marie, delmon, clifton mouth in the moring when we were getting ready for school, cause she didn't want us to wake you up....
