Greta was one of the most compassionate people I know. She was a hard worker and a genuinely nice person.
I remember I was in town visiting Antoinette Goode for a New Year's Eve party. I really wasn't feeling well so I walked a couple of houses down to Greta's house to rest for a minute. Greta's nursing skills went to work. I felt better the next day after drinking only God knows what.
I am very happy I had the pleasure of knowing Greta and her family. I am pleased I was able to attend her funneral in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. Well, Greta I finally got a chance to visit your hometown that you often talked about.
May God continue to bless you and keep you.

Greta was one of my best friends in the world. We shared many, many good times together. She was extremely sweet, humble, generous, and a true woman of God. I know she is resting in our Father's care. I am so glad that I was able to pay my final respect to my dear friend in Hattisburg, Mississippi. I will always remember how she walked on her tippy toes down the hallways always stopping to say hi, we would stat talking about something and end up having to run to class when the bell began to ring we both enjoyed to talked : ).we also were trying to figure out it we were related My Family is from Broke Haven & Hattiesburg , Miss as well.
She also had a beautiful smile.
