Dennis was my "boy" best friend even after high school. We visited one another. When he moved to Houston, Texas in 1993 I visited him, and he visited me when I moved to Brooklyn, New York - Summer 1993. We both returned home to Oakland, he in 1999 and I in 2000. I loved Dennis very much and miss our long phone conversations. He was a true friend and I truly miss my brother and best friend. Kim Hyde

Dennis was a very friendly person and i am sorry to learn of his death.RIPTrivia Williams
Dennis was a very funny person who always had something to say and made you laugh in the process. I remember when he was working at uno's and he was helping a customer which was being rude to him I gave them the look like you don't want to fool with him. Dennis was one of a kind. RIP.Albert Monroe
This is hard for me. It is sad that we as people wait til a person is gone to tell them how specail they are in your life. I most say that Mr Dennis Walker was a cool guy. I thank him for Dennis being Dennis. Thank you so very much for pushing Alvin to the MAX. I wish I could see your face again. You kept it real. RIP my friend, and brother. Albert the other one.Annette Miller

Dennis could make me laugh with a single word. I remember him explaining to me what a referral was when our teacher said we would get one if we didn't stop talking an laughing in class. But after those lunch time dances - Dennis would give me his commentary. It was simply halarius : )If it is true that laughing adds years to your life - then thank you Dennis for at least my extra decade.
May you rest always in God's loving arms.
