To one of the greatest person in a class by himself. I know I might have left Oakland but the game of life you played was great. Thank you for being who u was to so many people, including me. I truly do miss u. President
HEY PAT.....DAM I REMEMBER THOSE GAMES AT LOWELL AND HOW EVEN THOUGH YOU WERE A GIANT AMONGST BOYS YOU HAD A SOFT SPOKEN NATURE AND HEART ABOUT YOU...I WAS WATCHING THE LATE GAME TONIGHT AND IT'S JUST FUNNY BUT YOUR NAME JUST POPPED INTO MY HEAD SO I GOOGLED YOU AND FOUND THIS WEB SITE...MY BROTHER YOU WILL BE MISSED MAY GOD BLESS YOUR SOUL AS YOU HAVE BLESSED MINE
We had Lowell & Mack loving B-ball. The hardest thing for me to do was praying for you when I thought you were on your way out. However, you lived several years after that prayer. God has taught me through you that no matter how bad a situation look, he's able. My faith has strengthened so much. I was able to enjoy some good conversations with you before your passing. You are definitely missed...
I remember the way you smiled when I would say 'Hi,Shorty' then you would say, 'How's the air down there'. I have know you since elem. school and your quiet ans sweet demeanor will definately be missed. Good-bye our Gentle Giant.
Wow "P" we've always stayed in touch. We have many memories to reminisce about. Like you tripping Tracey in the hallway because you had a crush on her:). Like when Mrs. Johnson had to give you two sheets of paper to trace your big feet for our experiment. :o) How you would still call me by my basketball nickname well after college. When I told you I was coming to town and you offered me a car so I would have to rent one. Then you would change your number and call me after I returned to Georgia. You always told big ones!!!! I remember our conversations about Coach Lewis and even your daugher. We talked about how the press was protraying you when the found out you were in the hospital.
Well, P now everyone knows now that we were good friends. I pray that God has rapped his loving hands around you and you believe in him more.
