I have been married to my lovely wife, Karen for 25 years. In '86, I graduated Texas Tech with a degree in Chemical Engineering and went to work as a Loss Prevention Specialist living in Lubbock, San Antonio & Denver, CO. The Lord gave us 2 great children in '87 and '90. During our 10 years in Denver, 3 years were spent as a Loss Prevent Project Manager trying to correct the manufacturer's safety and design problems with the infamous automated baggage system at Denver International Airport. For several years, my family's passion was to put on worship and church services monthly for the homeless at the Denver Rescue Mission. We moved our family back to Texas in 2002 to be closer to Karen's aging parents. I changed careers in 2003 and started Cornerstone Homes to build, restore, and flip houses and light commercial structures.
