Attended Odessa Jr College, then Texas Tech University.
Always thought I would teach school as a career and have a family. That never happened.
Joined Gulf Oil E&P Company in Odessa in 1980. Have been in the oil & gas industry the past 35 years working in Drilling Engineering and Operations majority of the time. Spent some time with Completion Engineering and Operations as wells as Production Engineering and Operations.
My career path just evolved and has been a true adventure. I have seen the world through my job.
I am still a student at heart. I enjoy learning. Currently on a break living at the family farm. Starting a new chapter in life, where I am going and what I will be doing next. Just not ready to retire anytime soon.
Oct 1, 2019 - I am back at work! I returned to the oil & gas industry with an assignment in Midland, TX, with Caza Petroleum, LLC. Have an apt in Midland and still have the family farm near Paris, TX, for holidays and days off.
