Annette Sorensen (Wyatt)

November 29, 1961 ~ August 3, 2018

Annette Doreen Wyatt of Ogden, passed away on August 3, 2018, at LDS Hospital Promise Care Unit in SLC. She was born November 29, 1961, in Ogden the daughter of Leonard Benson and Donna LaQuitta Fogelberg Sorensen. She graduated from Weber High and because of her loving, caring personality she was excited to receive her CNA certification and starting working at Wasatch Care Center.

Family was her number one priority. She loved her kids and grandkids greatly. Spending time watching movies, barbecuing, and creating fun filled memories with her family. She was a loving daughter, mother, sister, aunt and the best grandma. Annette was very personable and made a lot of friends throughout her life, she will be dearly missed by all.

 

Annette was a member of the Trinity Presbyterian Church.

Annette is survived by her mother, Donna Sorensen; daughter, Andrea Nicole (Myles) Burke; son, Brett (Samantha) Sorensen; four grandchildren: Kirlia, Arya, Zachary and Isaac; her siblings: Warren (Cheryl) Sorensen, Wayne Sorensen, Dean (Jenny) Sorensen, LaQuitta (Kirk) Probasco, LeaOtta (Danny) Rivera, and Frances (Chris) Davis. She was preceded in death by her granddaughter, Mya; brother, Russell; father, Leonard; and all her grandparents.

The family would like to thank the staff at McKay Dee and the LDS Hospital Promise Care Unit for all their loving care.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, August 18, 2018, at the Trinity Presbyterian Church, 140 N. Tyler Ave., Ogden, where a visitation will be held prior from 10 to 11 a.m.

Inurnment at the Ben Lomond Cemetery.
