OGDEN - Connie B . Cook , 59, passed away April 26, 2003, at McKay-Dee Hospital in Ogden, Utah. She was born January 29, 1944, to Adaline Kathryn Telford and Junior Thomas Lundgreen.
Connie was raised in Ogden and graduated from Ben Lomond High School in 1962. She married Larry D. Cook July 12, 1963. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Logan Temple. She worked for the I.R.S. and Nelson Intermountain Crane. She enjoyed gardening, shopping, crafts, serving others, and her family above all. She was a grandma to all.
She is survived by her husband, her mother, four sons, Trent (Shelly) Cook , Bryan Cook , Steven (Lynne) Cook and Kevin( April) Cook , one daughter, Lori (Keith) Kirkman, two brothers, Brance and Mark, two sisters, Judy and Pat, and fourteen grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her father.
Funeral services will be held Friday, May 2, 2003, at 12:00 noon, at Leavitt"s Mortuary, 836 36th Street, Ogden. Friends may call at Leavitt"s on Thursday evening from 6 to 8 p.m., and Friday morning, one hour prior to services. Interment at Leavitt"s Aultorest Memorial Park.
