Just thinking out loud here…

But what about having a big BBQ at one of the parks say on a Friday or Saturday, then the next day doing something like an Illinois river ride with the whole clan (assuming that the river is not dry and you can still float down it?).

I was thinking two days because for some of us that have to travel out of state, it would be nice to do more than see SOME of you just 2hrs for a BBQ. *grin

Anyway, just thoughts…

IM in... what ever anyone comes up with. I think since VOGT hasnt posted his profile he should just have everyone over at his house for a pool party and steaks, beer the whole 9 yards.... Im sure scott can talk him into paying for everything...

I'm all for that Dave. Pool party at Vogts sounds great. Lets wait for awhile and then ask him what he thinks. :)

We could always use the town pool too in case Shawn has flashbacks of everything that was done to Scott's mom's house... There is also the possibility of having a dinner / dance at the Catholic church gym if we wanted to rent it....

Adding a schedule poll to let everyone mark down what dates would be good for them....this early on it may just be easier to mark down which days are NOT GOOD so I have it broken down in to the 52 work weeks for 2009. Just put Yes/No or Mabye for the appropriate work weeks.

The poll is located on the left side menu under "Party Schedule Poll". Please fill it out.

And yes, I'll be happy if I never have to type Yes, No, Maybe again...

You are way too damned efficient "Cox" but referring to yourself in the third person is a little creepy...You definitely brightened my day....

Hah, well it's definitely helpful with my current job. I have a hybrid graphics meeting with 3 others that have the same name...Kris Karnos (ya female), Chris Silva, Chris Sacrage and myself...and typically there are only about 15 of us in the meeting so it's bad enough they don't know who the hell they are talking about but at least they know who I am....

Of course, then there's always the new person that joins the meeting and doesn't quite get the spelling of my name...

I actually use to sign my emails "-Cox out" refering to what I would say on my miltary com lines back in the day but apparently that 'offended' someone and HR had a little request for me to change my tag...

*Smile.

Guess I better get back to my job and stop slacking.

Thanks, Chris, for your work on the survey. I doubt I will ever get used to calling you by your last name so deal with it :)

I will be anxious to see the survey results and am hopeful that June will work out!!

Willcutt here, I'm pretty easy so I'll be game for about any date. I have a messed up schedule anyway. So I guess you can say I'm open on that date.

BOOMER SOONER !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

12/01/08 12:03 PM #30

Christopher Cox

Looks like some dates are already starting to solidify. If you know someone that hasn't added some dates (only 6 have so far) please encourage them to do so.

Also...for those tech savy out there. If anyone is interested, I do get employee discounts on my companies products (cpu's and crap) and never really use my allocation. If you are familar enough with computers that you can swap out CPU's and such and want to upgrade your system cheaper than normal, let me know. Typically it's over 50% off.

But please only contact me about the EPP stuff if you know what your getting yourself into... It's bad enough when my own mother sends me and email asking me to help her get a new CPU (brain) for her computer only to find out her hard drive is just full of junk email... and my tech support hours are limited (FCFS).

Mayhew, this is the nicest way I know how to say it. YOU CAN STICK YOUR SOONER UP YOUR BOOMER if you know what I mean. If anything good comes out of it I guess Bad Samford could just go ahead and win the heisman. GO POKES!!!!!!! And TIGERS!!!!!!!!!later.

Ok...as an outsider looking in, these last couple of messages have been somewhat...interesting to read.

All this talk about 'stick it in your BOOMER' and 'go POKES'

Schedule Schedule Schedule...So far, only about 1/3 of the class that has logged into the site has spent the time to give feedback on what week would be good for the reunion. Time goes by fast you guys, so get off your ass and at least mark down which week would be ok for you so that we can get an idea of when to plan the reunion. So far, its looking like June of this year.

Please use the "Party Schedule Poll' on the left hand menu to indicate which weeks would be good for you and/or your family for the reunion party.
