Committe Meeting January 10th
Location: Bricktown
The committee met to conduct site inspections of several Bricktown locations including Bricktown Brewery, Rocky's, and Crabtown. In addition we discussed other site options including Remington Park, Belle Isle Brewery, OKC Zoo, Waterford Hotel and Skirvin Hotel. We voted to hold our official reunion night at Rocky's due to the 1) private space 2) can accommodate 100-300 guests 3) all-you-can-eat appetizers 4) dance floor and dj included 5) AV for videos 6) Bricktown location with nearby parking garage 7) across from new hotel 8) reasonably priced. Jennifer, Amy, Anna, and Andrea paid the deposit to hold the space. Rocky's only available summer date was July 11th.

Committee Meeting February 7th
The committee met again and accomplished a lot.  We picked the food for Saturday night, discussed costs so we could set the price for the Saturday night event and open up registration soon, discussed potential sites for the Friday night meet and greet (poll coming soon), assigned tasks for different committee members, discussed creation of video, and split up the list of classmates so everyone can help try to locate classmates that have not joined this website.  We also made a decision against having a picnic on Saturday afternoon because the majority believe most people will not be able to devote their entire weekend to reunion events.  (There was also a poor turnout at our 10-year reunion.)  The committee will probably suggest a meeting place for those people that come in from out of town that want something to do Saturday afternoon.   

Current agenda: find classmates, collect pictures and videos from high school, finalize the Friday night event, continued development of new website, ongoing promotion of reunion events.
