I coached sports year round for my kids for 13 straight years. Baseball, football, basketball, and softball. Never time to rest or relax, never bored, and always on the phone with parents. They sure loved to talk!!! We traveled to 17 states thru-out the years, and I wouldn't trade it for anything.
It is so remarkable watching all of the kids grow into great athlete's. Couldn't ask for anything more out of life.

Coaching sports was a very time comsuming hobby. But I was able to hit the dance floor at times, bowl (not that I am any good at it), built a classic Trans Am, worked out with weights 6 days a week, ran 3 miles a day, and played softball and flag football when time permitted.

and of coarse, hanging out with my wife :)
