Keith Cassell

I just completed my 29th year in education, including a three year stint at Western Heights in the mid 80's. The last 23 years I have been at Heritage Hall in northwest Oklahoma City in a variety of roles, the last 11 years as the Upper School Head. I'm fortunate to have two great boys, Brady and Parker, and a wonderful wife, Amy.

Two things I remember, among others, were: Don't refer to Coach Romines as Rusty (or face the consequences). I have seen him over the years and it's still engrained in me to refer to him with a dose of healthy respect as sir or coach. My other memory was Mrs. Betty Smith's presence in the lunchline; she always took care of us with those fried burritos, chicken fried steaks, mashed potatos and gravy, hot rolls and cinnamon rolls. Wish we could still eat that way today!
