Kathy Harper Belden, beloved wife, mother and graduate of the WHHS Class of 1979 passed way June 22, 1991 in OKC. She is survived by her husband, David; daughter, Kandice; step-daughter, Brandi; Parents,Jesse G and Wanda Harper; brother, Jesse W Harper; Sister, Kristy Harper and many other family members and special friends.
