Pretty much out of H.S. I started working at Richard Young - I was there for 18 years and then they shut their doors. For the last 5 years I have been working as a case manager for Region 6 - basically I go into houses who have a child with behavioral or developmental needs and I try to make home more successful so the child can stay out of placement and/or hospitalization.
