Annie Vaughn (Vaughn-Teague) (1983)
Anthony and I grew up in the Kounze Park neighborhood. We lived on the same street divided by 2 parks. He use to pick at me when we were young and run. As adults after high school we became good friends. Anthony had a beautiful singing voice. He shocked me once when he got up on stage after we had dinner. He would stop by and talk or help me with problems I had around my house if he could. He never charged me. Knowing him since 1971 I would have never thought he would become one of my good friends.
My heart dropped when I heard the news that he had passed. I attended his Homegoing service where his Brothers and a couple of his sons sang songs, like they said they use to do. It was a very touching and uplifting service.
I will NEVER forget you, my friend! See ya’ later! HEAVEN has a place for me too!

OMG Cuzzin' I never heard about you passing! You were my road dog! Sheri and Teri(RIP) too! This is shocking to me. We have had so much death in our family it is just unreal and now you. I will miss you! Rest in Power Cuz! Love you! Tanya
