Tech has been a part of my life as long as I can remember. All of my older
brothers are Tech graduates. I recall going to football and basketball games with my brothers (riding the team bus...so cool). And then becoming a player myself. And I still believe we(Tech) had the coolest uniforms in the entire state. As the bus would arrive at the stadium the chant would begin; Who's the best? TECH, who? Tech we would repeat and everyone outside the bus new who we were. The Trojans had arrived...all hale Tech!

But Tech was more than sports for me. It was like always being around family.

Running the Tunnels....! Smoking in the bathrooms or stairwells. Being caught SMOKING in the parking lot by a very tough and stern teacher who I wont name here and not being disciplined(other than a few hard swats with his paddle). Thanks Gene!
