Preceeded in death by her parents, Natalie and A.V. Davis; her brother Clinton Davis - also known as - Ronald Dewey Cardwell; brother Aaron Davis; also her daughter Shawn Penny. She is survived by her children, James Penny, Deborah Lynn Thomas, Rick Wrenn, all of Omaha and Franklin Penny of Des Moines; also by her siblings, Thayla (Troy) Martin of Omaha and Antoine Pinkston of Lincoln; and a large loving family.

VISITATION Thursday 6-8pm at the funeral home. FUNERAL SERVICE to be held at 11am, Friday at Mount Calvary Church, 5112 Ames St.

Jeannie was my first cousin who after graduation went on to become an LPN and ordained minister. She lived most of her life in Omaha. I will always remember her voice which was so melodic and soothing.
