James Franklin Rowlette

Age 80, of Omaha Born: Oct 30, 1937, Arlington, NE. Died: Aug 7, 2018, Omaha, NE. Preceded in death by brother, Edwin; and parents, Edwin and Estella Rowlette. Survived by lovingly remembered by wife of 47 years, Yvonne; children: Mark, Cindy, Cathy, James and Christopher and wife Sarah; 11 grandchildren and one great-granddaughter. With great sadness the family of James F. Rowlette announces his passing after a brief illness. Jim graduated from Omaha Tech High School in 1955 and soon began his lifelong career as a general contractor and carpenter. Jim served as a Cub Scout Leader and was one of the founding fathers of bicycle motocross in the Omaha area. CELEBRATION OF LIFE: 11am Saturday, August 11, 2018, at Sievers-Sprick Funeral Home.
