The son of Welton R. and Myrtle H. (Petersen) Ward, was born April 18, 1931. He passed away May 26, 2018 in Omaha, Nebraska.

Survived by wife, Janne Ward; daughters, Julie (David) Embrey, and Janet Gibson; grandchildren, Danielle (Kerry) Ward Baughman, Ashley Embrey, Matthew Embrey, and Jason (Kayla) Embrey; 3 great grandsons; 2 step-great granddaughters; brother, Gordon (Myrna) Glennie; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Preceded by parents, Welton and Myrtle Ward; son, Lance Ward; and 3 sisters. SERVICES: 10:30am Thursday, May 31, at Forest Lawn. VISITATION: 6-8pm Wedneday at Forest Lawn.
