Clutch passed away at the age of 51 from liver cancer.  He was a resident of Minneapolis, Mn.  He is Survived By: Mother - Jessie Lee Bass Sisters - Jessie Mae Bass, Lucille Wharton, Yvonne Hiatt Brothers - David Bass, Roscoe Bass,Jr Many Nieces, Nephrews, Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and Friends.
