Leon Heilig

Passed away on April 24, 2015.  He was a resident of Little Sioux. Leon was a vetern of the Vietnam War and so there was a 21 gun salute at the funeral by the river and then the release of ballons.  He was very dedicated to his wife who died some ten years ago from cancer. Losing her took a toll on Leon.  He was a kind man who would help anyone out or give them the shirt off his back if they needed it.
