Brett Emerson

Mostly I just wander around and find purpose in sporadic bursts. My twenties were catastrophic, my thirties began to provide some fraught direction, and so far my forties (my 40th birthday occurring during the pandemic - real on-brand for me) are completely hopeless in the best way. I have no career goals and have achieved little success, but I'm brilliant and funny as hell so at least life remains extremely interesting.

I have also interviewed the band Hanson.

My favorite thing about high school is I'm still in regular contact with Mr. Stanke on Facebook, and every so often he responds to one of my lunatic rants with praise and encouragement. Dude never quit being a role model.
