Has it really been 20 years since we have all been in one room together? Believe it or not, it has and it is time for us to start planning our reunion. The 2009 Sully County fair will take place August 7-9 and what better time to have our gathering!
Tentatively, we have planned to get together at the Blue Goose Sports Bar (middle of second block of Main Street west side) on the back patio on Saturday, August 8, 2009. A social hour will start at 5:30 p.m. and a potluck supper to follow at 6:30 p.m. If possible, please bring a dish to pass; grilled burgers and brats will be supplied. To help with the cost of necessities purchased, we ask if you would please contribute $10.00.
In order to get an accurate count of how many people to plan for, please try and reply to one of us by June 1, 2009. We are hopeful that the timeliness of this letter will give everyone a chance to mark their calendars and make plans to attend.
Lastly, if anyone has any fun ideas or suggestions for our event, please contact any of us. We encourage everyone to try and make it back if possible for a great weekend of food, drink, reminiscing, sharing our present life stories and fun!
