ORAN, Mo. — Lenore Elizabeth Allen, 71, daughter of the late Clifford and Geneva Allen, died Sunday, Sept. 11, 2022, at Swedish Medical Center in Denver from complications of diabetes.
Lenore attended Guardian Angel School and graduated from Oran High School in 1969. She received a bachelor's degree from Southeast Missouri State University in 1973.
Lenore lived in Brazil, Canada, Alabama, Virginia, Texas and, for the last 30 years, in Denver.
She is survived by a sister, Veronica L. Kirk of Jackson, and a brother, Gene O. Allen of Ozark, Missouri.
She was preceded in death not only by her parents, but by a brother, Lanny Allen, and sisters, Aleda Allen and Marilyn Sue Allen.
Her wishes were to be cremated, with no visitation or service.

Lenore was a talented and beautiful girl with a great sense of humor. I got to know her better when we were both in college and really appreciated the person I found her to be. So sorry to hear she's gone and also regret that our paths never crossed again after our college days. Rest in peace, Lenore.
