I guess its kind of funny to post all this stuff when we have Facebook now, huh? :)

married in September 2007- Divorced in 2012

I design and make jewelry, all that kind of artsy stuff. :-)
Worked for a non-profit for a while.

In June of 2013 was diagnosed with a brain tumor. They were not able to remove it,because of the location, size, and mixture of cancer cells mixed with 'good' tissue. I finished radiation on September 18th. The last MRI in December showed no growth!! I will see in March if the MRI shows that radiation is working and making it smaller! :)

Through this journey I have been forced to a state of surrender and trust in moment by moment that I could never have imagined or explain. Ive certainly found the importance in relationships and community and have been incredibly humbled by the support system I have in Austin, TN (where my mom lives), and those of you that I am in touch with from Orange. What a gift!!

I have lost my job in December and am now working from home doing design and social media.

It definitely breaks your pride to be 32, divorced and dependent on many others for the little things like driving, help with meals, and other things we take for granted.

Im now looking forward to the day where I can Hike, workout, dance, drive, & work again. And most of all, proclaim when I am cancer free! :)

wow~ we were pretty 'special' in high school. Im gonna have to reflect on this one. :-)

Kimby (sizemore) and i leaving school and writing down 'religious reasons' on our slip thing at mrs chewnings office because it was mardi gras. (and actually thinking it was pulling one over on them) ;-) kimby...you know the rest of that days adventure.
