Ginger Widmyer Shifflett

I attended James Madison University from 1992-1996 where I earned my B.S. and attended JMU again from 1996-1998 where in earned my Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology. I work as a Speech-Language Pathologist at Woodrow Wilson Rehabilitation Center in Fishersville, Virginia. I got married in 1997. My husband Paul is an endurance athlete/Marathon runner and will run the Boston Marathon for the 2nd time this year. My daughter Holly will complete her Associates Degree next month and continue on at Bridgewater College. My daughter Madison is a level 3/4 cheerleader/tumbler and loves it! She's 10 but thinks she's an adult!! We attend Victory Worship Center in Staunton, Virginia and we love the Lord. I like to scrapbook but have very little time to do so.

My worst memory is dropping Angie Webster in a cheerleading stunt that went wrong. Luckily she forgave Sarah Rivenburg and myself. A funny memory (funny then, not now) was when our parents asked us where we were and Cristy (Schafer) and I gave opposite responses at the same time, (whoops, busted). I have never been a good driver (still am not, my husband won't ride with me), and once I drove on the wrong side of the median while Angie, Sarah, and Dana (Smith) screamed their heads off. Oh, the memories!!
