Your smile and laughter will be a memory that I treasure. My deepest sympathies to Troy and your family. The Class of 88 has lost a jewel. Rest in peace, my friend!
My deepest sympathy goes out to the entire Dantzler Calloway family. I pray that our Comforter, our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ comforts the family in this time of bereavement.
Delphine was loved by all that knew her. My friend you beat us to the Kingdom!
It seems just like yesterday we were emailing back and forth off of the roundup and was making plans, that we both never really had time for. But our conversations was always like we just talked yesterday. As Keela stated earlier, your smiling face will be what I will always remember and I will cherish our moments we had together since our days at Nix Elementary. My heart and prayers goes out to your family and other friends. RIP dear friend, for your race here is done.
The Class of '88 lost a friendly and gentle member. Even though it's been some time since I've seen her, I still remember her with great fondness. This indeed was a shock and I was sadden by the news when I heard of her passing because she was one the nicest persons I knew. As many of our classmates have already mentioned, she will certainly be missed.
I would like to express my deep condolences to the family of the late Delphine Dantzler-Calloway. May God comfort you and give you peace in this time of sorrow.
Delphine you will truly be missed. We grew up together and was always at Greater Faith whether we wanted to be there or not. But we had some good times there and I can really say you were a kind, sweet person and you will be missed by all. Prayers to your family the Dantzlers, Johnsons & Calloways.
TRULY, We have lost one of our own!!!!! I don't think no one can remember Delphine without picturing her SMILING. Our hearts are sadden by the lost of her, but we rejoice in knowing that God has Blessed us with the opportunity to have such fond memories of her warm personality. God, We pray that you will comfort her family and empower them to move even closer to you and know that her death was an act of Love on your behalf. Please continue to soften and protect the heart of the Family, during this time. God Bless the Calloway Family. Amen
Well...Delphine we have been friends since about 3 if my mind serves me correctly. I can't think of many days even when you were sick and we would from the bus stop that you didn't smile at me. I am at a loss right now but I can hear you in my ear...man of God let's get it! You were always the toughest girl I knew. I know you resting now and it gives me a sense of comfort but I will never forget how you have always been nice to me, tough on me and praying for me. I love me some Del as I used to tell George and my mom. I miss you but I know we will hear that trumphant sound together again one day! In the mighty name of Jesus I thank for our memories...Amen
I still can't believe it. It seems like yesterday I spoke with Delphine. She will truely be missed. She was one of the "for real" people. Spoke to you no matter where you were. My prayers goes out to the Dantzler Calloway family. We loved her but God loved her best. He came and claim one of his angels. And that she was. She will be missed but never forgotten.
