How did you get into that?

In 2003, I started my own employee development consulting firm in Nacogdoches. In 2007, one of my clients invited me to work for them exclusively in the Beaumont area. In 2011, I returned to Nacogdoches full-time and began work as a Corporate Trainer for a Global Customer Service Outsource/Offshore Company.
