I checked out the pictures from the reunion and seriously wish I was in town to attend. Hopefully we will not have to wait another 5 years for a get together. It would be a nice treat to get together annually -- even if it means just having a picnic. What does everyone think?

School Story:

The only thing I remember from high school is constantly getting beat up A LOT because I was so small!!! Fortunately, that helped me relate to my kids, teaching them to be nice to their classmates and not pick on anyone, regardless of their size, stature, looks, etc. So, I guess, my high school memories are not among the happiest of my teenage years and definitely not the memories I try to recall, but it helped me instill some incredible values into my kids as they were growing up. My two kids, teenagers now, are among the most sensitive and friendly kids you could ever imagine. When they were in high school, they were the ones taking the little kids, and the inclusion kids (down syndrome, autistic, etc.) under their wings, and being their friends!!!

This is me mentoring youth at the African American Cultural Center. I spend most of my free time volunteering as President of the Board of Directors for the Orchard Park Boys & Girls Club, on the Board for the Ronald McDonald House of Buffalo, and as a tutor/mentor at the AACC. This explains why my wife and I have been married for almost 25 years -- we never see eachother!!!
