Login Problems

IF Your Login Ever Fails...

~ This is NOT the place to update your email address. Once you are logged in, you can change your email preferences by following THESE instructions.

~ DO NOT keep trying different passwords! After multiple login failures, you will be permanently locked out until the site administrator has requested help from our host, Class Creator.

~ If your computer saved your login but you've changed your email address, just go with what your computer originally saved (your old email address can be the same as a user name).

The Simple Fix:

Remember - Saving this password to your computer is Okay.
Go to the Home Page - at the top right, click 'SIGN IN'.
Look below the password field and click 'FORGOT PASSWORD'.
Follow the prompts to create a new password and LOG IN **AND**
Let your computer save your login information. Easy-Peasy.

Things get a lot more complicated if the simple fix didn't work.

Trouble Shooting on Your Own

Your user ID is based on the original email address you used to log in.

So if your email has changed, you must log in with your OLD email address. This is NOT the place to make changes. You can change it later, following the Instructions below.

Changing Your Email Address

Once you are logged in, go to the Left side Menu.
Scroll down to EDIT CONTACT INFO. Here, you can do the following:
- Check your information and make any necessary changes.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click SAVE CHANGES.
- Before you do anything else, LOG OUT!
- LOG IN AGAIN using your new Email or User ID.
- THIS TIME, if your computer asks to save this information, click 'OK'.
- The next time you want to log in, your updated email address and password should be displayed for future successful logins.
