Jerry A. "Bucky" Romstadt, 75, peacefully passed Monday, April 30, 2018, at home with his loving family. He graduated from Clay High School and served in the U.S. Army. Bucky was a former member of the Walbridge V.F.W. and Otters Social Club. He loved sports and was an avid Buckeye football fan. He had quite an extensive collection of beer tap handles. Bucky enjoyed traveling to Florida and many other exciting adventures with his beloved wife and close friends.

Surviving are his daughters, Jeri Ann (Marty) McEowen and Jennifer (Greg) Hurst; grandchildren, Samantha, Miranda, Bailey, Dylan, Jessica, and Jebediah; sister, Darla Heath; brothers, Dennis (Donna) and Jeff (Deb). Bucky was preceded in death by his wife, Jean Ann; and parents, Gerald and Marjorie (Schwierking) Romstadt.

Family and friends may visit the Freck Funeral Chapel, 1155 S. Wynn Rd. in Oregon on Sunday, May 6, 2018, from 12-5 p.m. where the service will begin at 5 p.m. Private burial will be observed by the family. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
