David R. Warner, 39, of Burnside Drive, Oregon, died of cancer Sunday in his home. He was owner and operator of the David R. Warner Water-proofing Co., 15 years.

Surviving are his daughter, Melissa Stemen, girlfriend, Wanda Eichenlaub; mother, Mrs. Ina Warner; brother, Roger Warner, and sister, Mrs. Beverly Royal.

Services will be at 1 p.m. tomorrow in the Eggleston Meinert Welsh Mortuary, Coy Road.  The family requests that any tributes be in the form of contributions to the American Cancer Society or to a charity of the donor's choice.
